A problem with the game

Tell us what happened, what you expected, your device and operating system, and the game version if you can find it. A screenshot and the approximate time can help. Remove private information before attaching anything. Never send passwords, session credentials or payment card details.

Your town while you are away

The town catches up when you return. Keep an internet connection while it loads. If it cannot reach the town service, try again later. Avoid clearing app or browser storage to fix a connection problem: in the development game, that can remove access to your player.

Report a concerning recap or name

Email the wording, approximate time and a screenshot if you can. Please say whether it concerns a character name or a recap. Avoid including anyone’s private information.

Privacy and player data

Read the game privacy notice or request help with player data and deletion. For the mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in an email or read the waitlist privacy notice.

Release availability

The game is in development. Joining the waitlist does not create a game account or guarantee access to an unreleased build.
